Access, browsing, and use of the website garbiconstructors.net (hereinafter, the 'Website') implies express and unreserved acceptance of all terms of this Legal Notice. Compliance and adherence to these terms will be enforceable with respect to any person accessing, browsing, or using the Website.

Access and/or use of the Website following the entry into force of its modifications or changes constitutes acceptance thereof.

However, access to certain content and use of certain services may be subject to specific terms, which will in all cases be clearly displayed and must be expressly accepted by Users. These specific conditions may replace, supplement, or, where appropriate, modify the terms established in this Legal Notice.

For the purposes of interpreting this Legal Notice, a person is considered a user (hereinafter, 'User' or 'Users') from the moment they accept this Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy displayed on the Website.

Access and registration

Access to and use of the Website do not require registration. However, access and navigation on the Website imply that the User accepts and fully agrees to comply with this Legal Notice, as well as any specific instructions or recommendations provided on the Website.

In any case, access and navigation on the Website by individuals under fourteen (14) years of age are prohibited unless they have the prior express authorization of their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for the acts carried out by the minors under their care, in accordance with current legislation. The User acknowledges that they assume responsibility and indemnify the Owner for any communication or content that they submit personally or on their behalf.

If the User becomes aware of any unlawful, illegal, or infringing content on the Website, or content that may infringe intellectual property rights or other types of rights, they must immediately notify the Owner so that appropriate measures can be taken.

2) Documentation proving their status as the Owner of the allegedly infringed rights.
3) Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by the Owner, as well as their exact location within the Website.
4) An express declaration by the claimant that the use of the content has been made without the consent of the owner of the allegedly infringed rights.

A) Links to Other Websites

In the event that the Website displays links to other websites through various buttons, links, banners, or embedded content, the Owner informs that these are managed by third parties. The Owner has neither the human nor technical resources to verify and/or control and/or approve all the information, content, products, or services provided by other platforms that may be linked from the Website.

Consequently, the Owner assumes no responsibility for any aspect related to the website to which a link may be established from the Website, specifically regarding its operation, access, data, information, files, quality, and reliability of its products and services, its own links, and/or any of its content in general.

In this sense, if Users become aware that the activities carried out through these third-party websites are illegal or violate morality and/or public order, they must immediately notify the Owner so that the access link to them can be disabled, an action that will be taken as soon as possible.

In any case, the establishment of any type of link from the Website to another external website does not imply any kind of relationship, collaboration, or dependency between the Owner and the person responsible for the external website.

B) Links to the Owner's Channel on Other Platforms and Social Networks

The Owner provides Users, through various tools and applications, with link mechanisms that allow Users to access the channels and pages of the Website on various platforms and social networks managed by third parties (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). The inclusion of these links on the Website is solely to facilitate Users' access to these channels on different platforms and social networks.

C) Links from Other Websites to the Website

The Owner does not authorize the establishment of a link to the Website from pages containing illicit, illegal, degrading, obscene materials, information, or content, and, in general, those that violate laws, morality, public order, or generally accepted social norms.

In any case, Users may establish links to the Website as long as they comply with the following conditions:

Responsibilities and Warranties

The Owner cannot guarantee the reliability, usefulness, or accuracy of all the information and/or services and content of the Website, nor the usefulness or accuracy of the documentation provided through it.

Consequently, the Owner does not guarantee or assume responsibility for:

1) The continuity of the Website's content and services;
2) The absence of errors in such content and services;
3) The absence of viruses and/or other harmful components on the Website or the server that supplies it;
4) The invulnerability of the Website and/or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted therein;
5) The lack of utility or performance of the Website's content and services; and

If the User becomes aware of any illegal, contrary to law, or potentially infringing third-party rights content, they must notify the Owner immediately so that appropriate measures can be taken.

The Owner will not assume responsibility for hypothetical damages caused by the use of the aforementioned information.

The Owner will not be liable for causes beyond their control, including, without limitation: force majeure, internet access issues, technological problems beyond the diligent and reasonable management of the Owner, actions or omissions of third parties, etc. In all cases mentioned, beyond the Owner's control and diligent management, no compensation shall be provided by the Owner to the User for damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Website Suspension

The Owner reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict, or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, access, navigation, use, hosting, and/or downloading of content and/or use of the Website's services, with or without prior notice, for Users who breach any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility for the User to demand any compensation for this reason.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept to use and register on the system.

General Provisions

If any provision of this Legal Notice is declared null or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any competent Court, Tribunal, or administrative body, such nullity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Legal Notice.

The Owner's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, except with a written acknowledgment and agreement by the Owner.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Website is governed by the applicable laws of Spain.

For any disputes that may arise from the interpretation and application of this Legal Notice, and to the extent permitted by current legislation, both the Owner and the Users expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid capital, waiving their own jurisdiction if applicable.
